For a plan with Managed Data Usage, the “Maximum Cost” is the maximum that you will pay per month. If you use less data than what you selected for your plan then you will only be billed for what you used.

For a plan with Unlimited Data Usage, the “Base Cost” is the minimum monthly charge with all data usage being charged at 0.1 cents per MB ($1.02 per GB).
